Greetings From Finland

Davina and Daniel (my artist collaborations with Davina Drummond)
have been invited by HIAP - Helsinki International Artist in Residence programme - to create work during a summer residency on the island of Suomenlinna,
a short ferry ride from Helsinki.

This blog will be a repository for my thoughts, ideas,
and images during the residency.

I hope this makes for interesting viewing.

The island is covered with bright button headed Tansy - I think you can use the herb as a cure for headaches - boil, and drink the liquid or use as a poultice ?
